Shipping Destination

Yidelle currently ships to locations within the United States.

Please note that we do not ship to certain restricted or special locations, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Military bases
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

Orders placed with unsupported addresses may be canceled or delayed. If necessary, we will contact you to request an alternative shipping address.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order value and delivery address.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $60 (USD)
  • A flat shipping fee of $6.99 (USD) will be applied to orders under $60

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

We do not apply any hidden fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

You can use this information to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Yidelle is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
We will assist in checking the shipment status.


Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review and assist accordingly.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered completed.

If you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check nearby areas or with neighbors
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. Reach out to us for assistance

Service Limitations

Yidelle is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Customer-provided incorrect information
