How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, U.S. Eastern Time) after payment confirmation. Once shipped from our New York warehouse, standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 5–10 business days.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas may take 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or location. Free shipping is available on orders over $89 USD.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link in the email or by logging into your Yidelle account.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@yidelle.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for both defective/damaged items and non-defective items (change of mind, wrong size, etc.).

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be approved in advance and shipped to our U.S. warehouse: 2850 East Del Amo Blvd.,Carson, CA 90221,United States

How do I choose my size?
