This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, along with important limitations, responsibilities, and customer expectations. Shipping Destinations

Yidelle currently ships only within the United States (including the 50 states and Washington D.C.). We do not ship to the following restricted or special locations:

  • U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Military bases
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Any U.S. territories or possessions (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Remote, rural, or restricted delivery areas as determined by our carriers

Orders placed with unsupported or invalid addresses may be canceled or delayed. If we detect an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you promptly to request a corrected address. Failure to provide a valid U.S. shipping address may result in order cancellation and refund.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and observed closures.
  • Processing times are based on U.S. Eastern Time (ET).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major promotions), processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any expected delays clearly on our website when applicable.

We strive to dispatch most orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched from our New York warehouse, estimated delivery time within the continental United States is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method (standard ground shipping).

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Factors that may affect delivery include carrier volume, weather conditions, customs (if applicable for certain items), or unforeseen events.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote mainland areas may take longer (typically 7–14 business days).

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure reliable service.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order subtotal and are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $89 USD.
  • Flat Shipping Fee of $7.00 USD for orders under $89 USD.

No hidden fees apply. Taxes and duties (if any) are calculated separately at checkout based on your location. We do not collect or remit sales tax in all states; please consult your local tax regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or your Yidelle account.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of expected shipment.

Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Yidelle is not liable for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses
  • Missing apartment/unit numbers, gate codes, or delivery instructions
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order. We strongly recommend double-checking your address at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate the status with the carrier and keep you updated.

Lost Packages If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier (typically after 10–14 business days of no movement), we will work with the carrier to file a claim and provide a resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delivery Confirmation Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” the shipment is considered complete. If you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or nearby areas (porch, mailbox, etc.).
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
  3. Reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Service Limitations

Yidelle is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions or errors
  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or road conditions
  • Government actions, regulations, or customs delays
  • Incorrect customer-provided information
  • Unforeseen events or force majeure

Returns and Refunds Related to Shipping

For return shipping instructions and policies, please refer to our Returns Policy. All returns must be shipped back to our U.S. warehouse at 2850 East Del Amo Blvd.,Carson, CA 90221,United States. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
